This is Twenty Diez. It is a variation of the standard WP theme Twenty Ten. It includes some additional header images and icons and a few extra features. After you download the .ZIP file, open it on your computer, read the readm.txt file, than use your FTP program to upload the twentydiez folder into your WP-content/themes folder. Activate it as usual and enjoy!
